Fill in the Online Payment Form below and click the 'Pay Online Now' button below to submit payment. Please note that the payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment instructions:

1. Click the Pay Now button - you will be redirected to a Stripe Checkout page.

2. Enter the amount due in AUD as per your invoice - please ensure you are entering the correct amount.

3. Enter the Tax Invoice Number that has been provided to you.

5. Enter your credit card details.

6. Click 'Pay Now'

7. Payment is complete!

You should receive a 'Thank you for submitting your payment' message and a confirmation email after submitting your payment. If you did not receive this message or did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@kadfreight.com.au to confirm that payment has been received before attempting to submit payment again to avoid double charges.

Q: What is the payment amount that I must enter?

A: Please enter the payment amount reflected in your invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please get in touch with our team at info@kadfreight.com.

Q: What is the payment currency?

A: All payments are in Australian Dollars.

Q: Can I pay using another currency?

A: No. If you have custom currency arrangements made with members of our team, please contact them directly for alternative payment methods.

Q: Are my personal and payment details secure using this method?

A: Yes, we partner with Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Read more about Stripe's security.

Q: How will I know if the payment I made was successful?

A: Once payment has been made, you will be shown a 'Thank you for your payment' message and receive a confirmation email.

Q: I submitted the wrong payment amount, how do I submit the balance of funds owed?

A: Please submit an email to info@kadfreight.com.au. Include details of the incorrect payment, including your name, contact number, billing address, invoice number, and a PDF attachment of the invoice received reflecting the incorrect payment amount. Our team will send you more information on the balance amount.

Q: I submitted a higher amount than reflected in the invoice, can I be returned the additional amount paid?

A: Please submit an email to info@kadfreight.com.au. Include details of the incorrect payment, including your name, contact number, billing address, invoice number, and a PDF attachment of the invoice received reflecting the incorrect payment amount. Our team will get in touch on your preferred refund method.
